Territory Truth
If your pincode is saturated or already allotted, you hear it on the first call. We will not take an application for a territory we know cannot support a hub.
An independent onboarding consultancy for courier, parcel and last-mile delivery franchise partners — built by people who have actually stood inside a hub at 7 AM sorting a load.
Couriers Franchise began in 2019 after our founding team spent years inside logistics operations across central India — sorting centres, line-haul planning, and the neighbourhood hubs at the very end of the chain.
The same pattern kept repeating. A shop owner would invest their savings into a delivery franchise, get a code and a login, and then be left alone. Nobody told them how many riders their volume actually needed. Nobody explained that a 78% delivery percentage would quietly eat their margin. Nobody warned them that COD cash has to be reconciled the same evening, every evening. Within eight months the hub would be struggling — not because the business model was bad, but because the setup was.
So we built the layer that was missing. Not a lead-selling desk, and not a middleman who vanishes after the deposit clears — an onboarding team that maps your territory honestly, prepares your file properly, designs your hub floor, trains your riders, and then answers the phone when something goes wrong in week three.
Today more than 480 partners run hubs we helped set up, across 19 states. The number we are actually proud of is a different one: the share of those hubs still operating profitably after two years.
This industry has a reputation problem, and it was earned. These are the rules we operate by.
If your pincode is saturated or already allotted, you hear it on the first call. We will not take an application for a territory we know cannot support a hub.
Your refundable security deposit goes directly to the logistics network under the franchise agreement. It never passes through our account, ever.
Investment, running costs and earning ranges are shared as a written sheet with assumptions stated. No verbal promises, no guaranteed-income claims.
Our work is judged at day 90, not day one. A named advisor stays with every partner through the first three months of live operations.
We have deliberately expanded slowly — adding a state only once we could support partners there properly, rather than selling into territories we did not understand.
Started in Indore with ten delivery hubs across Madhya Pradesh, working directly on the floor with each partner to document what a good setup actually needs.
Turned those learnings into a standard playbook — document checklist, hub floor plan, rider ratio calculator and a two-day training module.
Crossed 200 partners and opened onboarding in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra as tier-2 parcel volume accelerated.
Launched district-level partnerships so successful hub operators could take on multiple pincodes and earn from sub-partners under them.
Onboarding is open across most of India, with the fastest growth coming from tier-3 towns where parcel volume is climbing hardest.
Small team, deliberately. Every applicant speaks to a person who has run or supported live hub operations — not a scripted call centre.
Checks live pincode availability, studies parcel density around your address and tells you whether a cluster can realistically sustain the model you want.
Handles KYC, GST, rent agreements, bank verification and the franchise file itself — then checks every page before submission so applications don't get rejected on technicalities.
Ex-hub supervisors who plan your floor layout, train your riders on the scanning app, and stay on call through your first 90 days of live delivery.
There is no shortage of people offering courier franchise "opportunities" online. The difference shows up in month three, when the novelty is gone and the operational problems begin.
We are an independent business consultancy. We are not a courier company, and we are not the official arm of any logistics or e-commerce corporation.
What that means practically: we prepare and present your application, guide you through the network's requirements, and support your operations. The final decision on franchise allotment, territory rights, per-parcel rates and commercial terms belongs entirely to the logistics network you are onboarded to.
Any brand names you see referenced on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the kind of network our partners operate within. If someone tells you they can guarantee an allotment or a fixed monthly income, walk away — from them, and from us if we ever say it.
The first consultation, pincode availability check and investment breakdown are free. If you decide to proceed, our onboarding service fee is disclosed in writing before you commit a single rupee — and it is entirely separate from the refundable security deposit, which you pay directly to the logistics network.
We tell you straight away. Depending on the map we will either suggest the nearest open cluster, put you on the waitlist for that territory, or recommend a pickup point model that can still operate in an allotted area. We do not take money to hold a pincode we cannot deliver.
Yes. Every partner gets a named advisor for the first 90 days covering payout queries, escalations, staffing problems and performance review. After that, ongoing support continues over WhatsApp and phone during business hours.
A consultancy. A broker collects a fee for an introduction and disappears. We stay involved through documentation, site setup, staff training and the first three months of operations, because a hub that fails in month two helps nobody.
Talk to an onboarding advisor today. We will map the free pincodes around you, share the investment sheet and walk you through the paperwork — no charge for the first consultation.
